Good morning. Since there is no elevator, can you tell me at what level is the apartment.

We have apartments on the 1st and 2nd floor. There are about 20 steps to the 1st floor and about 30-40 steps to to the 2nd floor.

We do not have a lift, our apartments are on the 1st and 2nd floor of the building. I think it is about 15 to 20 steps to the 1st floor and another 10 to the 2nd floor.

We offer a private transfer to and from the airport. The price is 30€ 1-way or 50€ return

our return flight is at 10pm is it possible to store luggage until 7pm. or alternatively pay extra for room if it is not already booked.

If the room is not booked for your check-out date then you can pay extra to use the room until you have to leave for the airport. If there is no room available then you can leave your luggage at our sister hotel Residencial Florescente,

No, not in every room. We have a communal laundry area on the 1st floor, with a washer and dryer, that guests are free to use.

Is there parking facilities

No, we do not have parking facilities, and parking on the street of the apartment is only for residents of the city. We usually suggest the Restauradores Underground Parking, it is 10 minutes from the apartments and 23€ per night

Is there someone at the desk 24/7? I will need to check out in the middle of the night. If not, Can I just leave the key in the room and go?

We do not have 24h reception, nor do we have a physical reception. What you can do is leave the keycards in the room and close the door.
